AcouBatt is a high performance sound absorption and thermal insulation product designed for wall, ceiling and roof applications. Made of 100% polyester fibers including 85% of regenerated fibers from discarded plastic drinking water bottles reclaimed as post-consumer waste.

AcouBatt has been engineered to reduce unwanted noise and insulate heat from outside into the building. Made of millions of polyester fibers in a 3-dimensional airlay production system thermally bonded into batts of 40 mm and 50 mm thick. Polyester is extremely durable. It does not absorb moisture, will not deteriorate or rot over time and is naturally resistant to insects and vermin attack. AcouBatt is thermally bonded without using any binders which contains formaldehyde as commonly used with fiberglass. Polyester is non-toxic, non-irritant, providing clean indoor air quality.

AcouBatt is ideal for reduction of airborne sound transmission between rooms through separating wall. AcouBatt batt is available in standard sizes and custom cut sizes. It is also available in fabric-wrapped wall tiles and panels.

AcouBatt Batt is ideal for roof insulation for industrial buildings including factory and warehouse. AcouBatt batt can be fastened under existing roof to keep the factory cool. AcouBatt consistently outperforms the polyurethane foam in insulation performance and durability as AcouBatt will never crumble or peel off (delaminate) like the polyurethane foam.
